Golden Movers A fun, friendly and inclusive dance class for mature ladies and gents who love music, movement and good company! Enjoy easy-to-follow dances and basic exercises set to popular songs from the 60s, 70s and 80s right through to modern day. All movements can be adapted to suit different abilities, with the option to participate standing or seated. There is no previous dance experience required and no pressure—just move at your own pace, enjoy the music and have fun! After the class, stay for a chat and socialise over tea, coffee, cake and biscuits. It’s the perfect opportunity to keep active, meet new people and enjoy a great morning together.
